Alyssa’s Hope was created to help educate anyone interested in International Adoption. It is our journey to adopt a little girl from a Russian Orphanage. While we do not have a specific child that is “assigned” to us, our hearts and hopes are with her.

This website is for us to share our journey step-by-step and help others to understand what it really takes to adopt a child from Russia. We’ve looked at other countries and felt that that going back to Russia for our daughter would be the best option to complete our family.

I am also imputing a new feature on the site. I want to incorporate a weekly video blog to re-cap events that had happened during the week. I think this would be beneficial for others as they try to understand this thing we all call adoption. This is a “coming soon” project that I hope to have up within the week.
